Registration to use TELER

The TELER copyright is in the ownership of TELER Limited, which authorises the use of a TELER product for a renewable period of one year upon acceptance of the terms and conditions for registration.

The new registration will be under new terms and conditions. These may or may not be a revised version of the terms and conditions under which the expired registration was granted. A new registration to replace an expired or lapsed registration is classified as a second registration even when the new terms and conditions differ from the old terms and conditions.
