TELER Price list 2008
A copy of the Price List with prices and costs in euros is available on request.
The effects of inflation and other factors on the prices, costs and payments
listed are assessed annually. Any revisions found to be necessary are implemented
once a year on 1 January, and are maintained at least until 31 December.
Sections of Price List:
Methods of payment
Payments from within the United Kingdom may be by
- BACS transfer; or
- cheque payable to TELER Limited.
Payments from outside the United Kingdom may be by
- Cheque in sterling drawn on a United Kingdom bank payable to TELER Limited; or
- Transfer into the Bank Account of TELER Limited (details are given on invoices.)
- Early payment discount: If payment is made within
60 days of the date on the invoice a 7½% early payment discount comes into effect.
- Overdue payment charges: charges If payment is not made within 60 days of the
date on the invoice the payment becomes an overdue payment, and when it is in effect,
the early payment discount is lost. A reminder that payment is overdue is then sent, and
an administrative charge* to cover the cost of the reminder comes into effect
- Late payment charges: If payment is not made within 120 days of the date on
the invoice the payment becomes a late payment, and a late payment charge of 5¼% of
the whole amount of the annual payment comes into effect. A reminder that payment is
late is then sent and a second administrative charge*
comes into effect.
- Debt collection: If payment is not made within 180 days of the date on the invoice
a debt collection procedure will be initiated. The amount to be collected will consist of the
amount of the annual payment before the early payment discount came into effect; the late
payment charge of 5¼% of the whole amount of the annual payment; the administrative charge*
for the first reminder; the administrative charge* for
the second reminder; and the cost of the debt collection procedure.
- Under payment: When an invoice is under paid a new invoice will be raised for
the amount of the under payment plus an administrative charge*
to cover the cost of raising the new invoice, and conditions 2, 3 and 4 come into effect. An
under payment does not attract an early payment discount.
- Over payment: When an invoice is over paid the amount of the over payment will be
returned minus an administrative charge* for making the
repayment.
* The administrative charge is £22.47.
