The TELER office is open for business from 10:00 to 19:00 hours, Mondays to Saturdays, inclusive, and on public holidays. The TELER office is closed for business for two weeks over the Christmas and New Year period.

These opening times provide part-time students with the opportunity to contact, or to visit the TELER office outside working hours for advice and assistance with their projects or dissertations. The use of TELER is not a prerequisite for obtaining such advice and assistance, which is provided at the academic level appropriate for a project or dissertation.
